A FIELD GUIDE FOR MEN WHO REFUSE TO BREAK

A Tactical Guide For Divorce

I wrote this book for men like me—men who didn’t just go through divorce, but were forced to navigate it in real time, under pressure, while still needing to show up as fathers, professionals, and men of integrity.

When my marriage ended, I wasn’t looking for motivation, theory, or opinions. I needed direction. I needed something clear, practical, and immediately useful. I don’t deal well with gray areas—especially when life feels like you’re walking through a minefield blindfolded. In moments like that, black and white matters.

As a lifelong reader and researcher, I went looking for guidance. What I found instead were scattered opinions, emotional venting, and long-form explanations that didn’t help when decisions needed to be made now. There was no concise, tactical guide for men who needed to keep a level head, protect their children, and make solid decisions during one of the most destabilizing seasons of life.

So I wrote the book I couldn’t find.

This is not a book about revenge, blame, or tearing anyone down. It’s a short-term framework—a set of principles and guardrails—to help men stay disciplined, think clearly, and move forward with intention when emotions are running high and the margin for error is thin.

There are many paths a man can take after divorce. This book doesn’t claim to be the only one. It offers a suggested path—one that is fast, tactical, and to the point—designed to steady you, help you regain control, and give you clear headings when everything feels chaotic.

My sincere hope is that it helps you pause, breathe, and make better decisions in this season—because the choices you make here will echo for years to come.

Reader Testimonials

It is well written and attention grabbing.  I like the matter of fact tone and I like that the concepts are reinforced several times.
